Dark Pino Menu is a restaurant subscription platform that provides partner restaurants with branding, exclusive menu items, management tools, and access to the Dark Pino partner network. The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis as described on our website.
3. Eligibility
The Service is available to legally operating restaurants and food service businesses worldwide. By signing up, you represent that your business complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
4. Subscription and Payments
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
5. Free Trial
New restaurant partners receive a 60-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial expires.
6. Loyalty Rewards Program
The Dark Pino loyalty rewards program issues non-monetary reward points to customers as part of the dining experience. Reward points have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for currency, and do not constitute a financial instrument or investment product. Dark Pino makes no representations about the future value of any rewards. Participation in the rewards program is entirely at your own discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials provided by Dark Pino remain the intellectual property of Dark Pino. Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dark Pino branding solely in connection with the program during an active subscription.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, misrepresent affiliation with Dark Pino, use the branding outside of program guidelines, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Pino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
