1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18
years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and
agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, you
must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Dark Pino Menu is a restaurant program that provides partner
restaurants with branding, menu items, marketing tools, and
access to the Dark Pino ecosystem, including $DPINO token
integration. The Service is offered on a subscription basis
or via token staking as described on our website.
3. Eligibility
The Service is available to legally operating restaurants
and food service businesses worldwide. By signing up, you
represent that your business complies with all applicable
local laws and regulations.
4. Subscription and Payments
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis at the rate
displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to
change with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed
securely through our third-party payment processor. You are
responsible for providing accurate billing information.
5. Free Trial
New restaurant partners receive a 60-day free trial. No
payment is required during the trial period. After the trial
ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid
plan unless cancelled before the trial expires.
6. $DPINO Token
The $DPINO token is a utility and meme token on the Solana
blockchain. It is not an investment product and does not
represent any ownership, equity, or guaranteed return. Token
values are volatile and speculative. Dark Pino makes no
representations about the future value of $DPINO.
Participation in token staking is entirely at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and materials provided by Dark
Pino remain the intellectual property of Dark Pino. Partners
are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to use Dark Pino branding solely in connection with
the program during an active subscription.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service, misrepresent
affiliation with Dark Pino, use the branding outside of
program guidelines, engage in fraudulent activity, or
attempt to reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to
the Service at any time for violation of these Terms,
fraudulent activity, or any reason at our sole discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your
account settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dark Pino shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of
the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to
conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
